Summer is Here...
NEWS FROM THE HEN HOUSE We are hosting the American Patchwork & Quilting Million Pillowcase Challenge throughout the summer & into the fall. So come join the fun & make a pillow case for a child in need! The pillow cases go to cancer patients, give hope to a foster child, encouragement for a battered woman, or beauty for a nursing home resident. 'Mama's Favorites', has hit the stores! We now have in stock my second line of fabric, 'Mama's Favorites'. So come on in to see this wonderful collection of 20's & 30's prints! My next line, 'Lots of Dots', is set to hit the store in the Fall of 2010. Check out what's new on the class schedule for a little therapy session doing something you love! Don't forget we've moved just one block north of the old location, so we are closer than ever. We are now located next door to the State Farm office on the corner of 5th & Boones Ferry Rd. Of course, we have a smaller classroom here in the new shop, but we have some great classes scheduled! Check the Classes page for class descriptions and images of upcoming quilt projects or stop in the shop to see & sign-up. The classes fill quickly, so don't delay!!! Come quilt with us during Open Sew on Mondays & Fridays! It is a great place to get & give inspiration for your next project! Please call ahead to see if we have room!
